I had a squarefoot garden last year. It makes things look neat. This year I do not have the money for treated wood and weed mats,etc.etc. so I used it as a big compost heap and somehow red worms and other of God's recyclers turned it over in one winter and OMG you should see the wheatgrass growing! Anyhoo, good luck with your garden :-) Fresh, homegrown rawfood is the way to go.
