I don't know anything about moregellons really, but do know that steroids turn off the immune system where applied. I would think you want the opposite, that is, the immune system trying to do its job and kill the parasite, despite that the rash will look bad and be uncomfortable. Look into urine therapy, applied directly to skin, urine is a powerful anti-microbial. if you use fresh, it won't smell after you let it absorb. if you use aged, it is more powerful. it works when nothing else does. check out he ut forum here. if morgellons really is a parasite as they say, UT might help with a parasite cleanse and careful diet/cleansing.
