Loose lower Right Rib, Please HELP!!!
Hello Ive been reading alot of the posts on these forums. Awhile ago I posted something in the
Liver Flush and gallbladder remedies section but now I have a new suspicion about my chronic pain.
I have been dealing with this for over 2 years now awhile back i had only two gallbladdr attacks or maybe they were panic attacks or costochondritis attacks I dont know for sure now. For the longest time ive been convinced that its my gallbladder causing all the problems but on closer inspection i started noticing a palpable lower right rib that i can wiggle. My pain is constant and doesnt change much base on what i eat i have atleast 1-2 bowel movements a day, a ultrasound showed no
Gallstones but a HIDA scan showed a low functioning gallbladder I believe my sluggish gallbladder is symptom and I dont want to remove it I have a feeling that this loose rib is somehow irritating my gallbladder region and I also have a cracking sternum, cracking collarbones, neck and shoulders these problems all started after a atleast a years worth of exercise involving lifting weights and treadmill running a couple times a week. over a year ago I did multiple flushes(4-5 i think) with no change in symtoms i just recently decided to start doing them again ive completed 2 so far in the past 2 months. what led me to believe it may be costo or somekind of inflammation issue is that when i take a warm shower or eat something like ginger root, onions, garlic or food with curry powder my pain seems to be more tolerable.
Does this sound like Costochondritis caused by gallbladder problems or gallbladder problems caused by Costochondritis, or is it just Costo? this pain is simply ruining my life Im only 26(male) im not overweight(about 150lb) and i look normal and healthy i think people get confused and dont believe me when i express how much pain im in and irritable and angry i can get, its really starting to strain my social life cause i never wanna go anywhere or do anything. any input insight would be helpful.
sorry for the long post.
