should I call my doc or wait til colon cleanse?

im about ready to call my doctor. I keep getting irritation and soreness in my butt and around my pubes area and in different spots around my crotch. it was so bad at work today at my 9 hour shift. walking and constantly moving. i was especially sore on my left leg where the upper part and crotch area is. real sore and tender.

if it was candida,could colon cleanse help it?
