Re: Flaxseed Cure

Thanks for your post. I'm going to be taking a flaxseed oil supplement along with papaya enzymes and hopefully it will help with my Acne problem. I saw another post about black currant seed oil however when i did more research on it i came across flax seed oil being the more BALANCED choice. I'm really tired of using endless products and finding no hope. Anyways, if i get better I'll be sure to post my progress. Tweet
