Mirena

I had mirena removed today. It caused me numerous side effects the last side effect leaving my doctor no option other than to remove it. I have had severe mood swings and anxiety which I never had before mirena. My doctors just prescribed me lexapro and zantex and said I probably was experiencing anxiety and depression.I have had severe cramping, migraines, back ache,constant bleeding and today went to my doctor to find out that the mirena caused me to have endometritis not (endometriosis) it is an infection that causes swelling of the uterus, abdominal pain, cramping, and bleeding. They said the mirena needed to be removed and I had to pay for that and the Antibiotics and pain killers to get rid of the infection.
