I am using Far Infrared Sauna every day for 30 minutes. I started two weeks ago to removed mercury and lead. I like you use the crystal. My underarm get wet because of the weather, but there is no odor. The only odor I have comes from my head, although I think it is metabolic. My liver cannot metabolize sulfur rich foods.

There is a portable Far Infrared Sauna you can purchase for about $300 and it is well worth it. My skin has really improved. But when the head odor is addressed I'll truly be impressed...
