I am experienced with colon cleansing but i'm having trouble lately with bowel movements in the morning. I do not get the intense urge in the morning anymore.
My last master cleanse was in february. I have been taking psyllium husk powder every morning for the past year and a half. Since supplementing with fiber i really have had no issue in eliminating until recently.
I stay hydrated; well hydrated, and my diet has not changed significantly.
I just don't have the intense urge in the morning or any other time of the day anymore. And, I have been taking senna tea recently to keep things moving.
I am very worried that it might be stress, but the psyllium powder has always helped in this area.
Should i increase my fiber - take it in the morning and the evening?
