Re: In Dire Need of Help

Hi there,

I do not consider that the healthiest diet on earth. No offense to you. I have learned over the years that meat and protein foods are HIGHLY necessarily, particularly to a mercury toxic person (as is butter and other good fats). Dr Hal Huggins has said that he has not yet been able to heal a vegetarian from mercury poisoning.

There is something in the proteins and animal fats that apparently helps make the raw materials we require for hormone/functioning and the brain. And this is being missed by alot of people (including myself once too). And much of that is due to new age guru diet advice of no fat - low fat and ridding our diets of necessary proteins like meat and eggs. This harmed me!

I would encourage you to read into the findings and studies of Dr Weston Price who has studied the healthiest/strongest cultures from around the world. You'd be surprised at what he discovered. I have incorporated much of this in my own diet and it has helped me alot. It has helped healing also.

In fact Hal Huggins recommends that mercury toxic people avoid wheat/gluten (as you are doing), milk, caffeine etc, but have plenty of meat, eggs, butter etc.

I know a biologic dentist that now has a diet plan set out for his mercury toxic patients as he's well aware of how necessary these foods are and has seen the damage that the low fat, no fat, clean vege diets have done to his patients and seen improvements when they have taken onboard the proteins and fats as well as eating the healthy vegetables etc.

I'm no dietry expert, but sometimes it's a case of years of reading and trying and also common sense and experimenting and I found the best diets are the ones that are close to nature and do not exclude meat and eggs, but rather include them. My skin, hair, bile flow, appetite are improved due to foods like this. It's not a cure for me as I suffer from long term bacterial/viral infection which I got in 2003, but these foods have kept me going!

I encourage you to read Dr Weston Price studies and see the proof he's given also to back it up. The books I would recommend to you out of the ones I've read with mercury toxicity would be "It's all in your your head" (by Hal Huggins) and "Amalgam illness, Diagnosis and Treatment" by Andrew Hall Cutler.

But if you are heavily mercury poisoned, then no diet in the world will probably cure you, BUT this diet may provide more protection and healing for you as you journey towards ridding your mouth of this vile poison.
