I agree with Johny. Way too much. It will scare him off, when the major detox starts. HIV is not like malaria. Malaria required an initial shock of 15 drops, according to Humble. HIV may not require this. No one seems to know at this point. Good luck to you. I recommend that you encourage him to follow the general instructions up to the point of 15x3. Otherwise, I think he will give up too soon. Just my opinion.

I wish I could do the fresh pineapple juice. It seems like a lot of effort (trouble). When things become effort to me, I generally procrastinate until I finally quit. I know myself very well. To me it is punishment.
