I am currently seeking ways to minimize the impact of an all over bacterial infection, which sounds very close to Lyme, but only a mental underlying issue to my doctor.
I am not here to dispute the evidence or whatever, (see my post history for validation) , but what I am looking for is some ways to help reduce the acididt of my body.
Digestion is a big problem; I often see undigested nuts, peas, vegetables and rice in my stools, plust I get a headache and feel a bit tired after all meals. Though this can be relieved by using Betaine HCL.
My diet consists of soya milk with puffed rice, usually a meat sandwich for lunch with no dairy or condiments and then vegetables and meat or fish for supper; either stir-fry or steamed.
Please, please, please point me in the right direction.
