You haven't tried it on HIV either [you're not even HIV+! How could you?!]. You know someone who did. I know someone who did too. You claim that someone you know "was cured" (except, as I pointed out in my last post, your definition of "cured" is meaningless, because a PCR < 100 is not the most difficult thing in the world to achieve and says nothing - literally zilch - about whether the vast majority of HIV resevoirs in the body have been destroyed); the person I know died while using it. Two claims: mine is an everyday occurence (which I know to be true; others on this forum can decide for themselves); yours would be a medical miracle. I think yours requires some verification, and since you know THREE people who have been cured by this unlikely approach, why not cure one more, but do so under some medical guidance so the whole world can see and be open to this fabulous new possibility?

I would say never trust someone on the internet who resorts to ad hominem attacks instead of arguing their points (it usually means - as in this case - that they don't have any).
Someone happens to know more than you do about certain things and that makes them a know-it-all?!

Yes, yes, more people who "you've met". If a pharmaceutical company were paying me to push products on this forum, they really should get their money back! Unlike quite a few people on this and other forums (including yourself), you won't be able to find me pushing any product (I've never actually told anyone what drugs I'm on or mentioned any antiviral drugs by name in a complimentary manner. Since there are 30 or more antiviral drugs available today, which compete with each other, just how would it be in a pharmaceutical company's interests to waste resources having someone write on a forum (that about five HIV+ people read) saying "treatment can extend your life" without naming any specific drug, just so you can go buy their competitors' drugs? When there are forums with thousands of HIV+ people (poz would be the most well-known one, but there are others; thebody is very good) with a lot more people, who aren't by nature opposed to antiviral use? Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. But logic isn't really your strong suit, is it?

If drug toxicity causes the death, why do more drugs make it less likely, not more likely, that the patients will die?

Sorry, but what exactly makes you think you're in the know? These rumors have floated around unsubstantiated for years. It takes a second to start a rumor (here: Magic Johnson drank his own urine to cure his AIDS). Unfortunately for him, Magic has not been cured - how does anyone know this? Because he still takes meds! Magic was on Trizivir (a nasty drug combo! Not recommended to anyone) and Kaletra (a convenient 'gold-standard' but not one I would choose with all the other options today; I have taken it) up until a couple years ago. He has probably switched off of the Trizivir by now. I also doubt that he'd be putting his own money into providing care for the Magic Johnson Clinics if he knew of a secret, practically free "cure" out there. The whole "he's too healthy to be HIV+" is BS. He looks good BECAUSE he's on meds.

Do you have any actual arguments, rather than ad hominem attacks? Or even an argument as to why I might be a pharmaceutical sales rep (other than the fact that I know more about antiviral drugs than you do. This may shock you, but some of us actually try to know about things before we run our mouths off!), which is sort of funny, since I would consider that a pretty boring job. Again, what have I promoted? My message to HIV+ people is, and remains: antivirals can allow you to live a long life, so don't despair from the fact that there is no cure. Whether to go on drugs is up to you. If you don't need them (as determined by your CD4 counts and disease progression), don't take them! But do not listen to the charlatans who will offer false hope without any factual basis.

Who's scaring who? You're the one telling people that drugs (that at least 75% of HIV+ people will probably need one day) are toxic and cause AIDS-like symptoms! Please assert a factual basis for that claim. None of the side effects caused by HIV meds resemble AIDS-defining opportunistic infections.

It must be very miserable assuming that people who disagree with you are part of an evil Conspiracy to control you (people who don't think your blood electrification protocol works are equivalent to the criminals in the Bush regime?
