Thats funny . Someone who worked as a secretary and never studied Science and probably never went to college is suggesting that someone who graduated Berkeley with honors does'nt read. Even if the govt did conduct tests with microbes after WWII , they used ones that were believed to be harmless and certainly harmless in the concentrations used and the tests were'nt to harm the health of the citizens.In any case the trails you see in the sky are the result of weather , not the govt spraying the population with microbes or chemicals. Have any tests been done to show increased concentrations of any chemicals on the days you see the trails in the sky?
