I have been looking up recipes all morning, but they are hard to come by. The "how to make a liver tonic post" just below is a great introductory and a nice little read.
What I like about Browning's recipes is they are very clear and specific. Also the recipes are designed for a years worth of tonic!!!! You make it up like you are canning and then store in a cool dry place, one jar is about a months worth.
Perhaps someone will try this out and post their experiences!!! Perhaps it will be me...
