Re: Probiotic causing gas, leaky gut?

Most of us have bad gas; each of us leaky guters releases probably as much methane as a cow. We are bad for global warming, guys!:-D
Seriously, taking probiotics even under the natural form of fermented veggies gives me the gurglies, bloat me terribly, and gas means intestinal pain;
In order to balance the pros and cons of probiotics, I have decided to take probiotics only for short periods of time.
Hopefully, once a small quantity is introduced in the gut, it should repopulate and colonize; if they can't do that and I have to take probiotics everyday, I don't think I want to do it, the bloating is too much.
