Dr Sutter, query on Cure Vs Health elevation for HIV??

Just a query doc. What is the difference between a cure and elevating health?
Elevating health does create a cure (where the disease can't exist), doesn't it? I am thinking about starting on MMS (following the directions in the Jim Humble book), do you know what this stuff is like? Have you heard if it does cure HIV? It says it is meant to cure within 30 days... I find this hard to believe. Do I take this orally or intravenously? Look forward to your reply.
