Saw a person with ec on TV...

Hi all,

I was watching "National geographic" last night and they showed a program about the drug "meth" (drug as in marijuana, charas, etc...) They showed a women who has this addiction, with crusted lips just like most of us. The similarity was so striking that I couldn't believe it at the first look. The same crusty lip...

I hardly did drugs in my life. Is anyone here who did drugs and got ec? What are the health hazards of taking drugs? If I'm not wrong, drugs affect the nervous system and make the brain fucntion abnormally. This kinda makes me believe that ec could be related to the mind and mind tends to become weak under stress...

My conclusion is that stress is a one of the major perpetrators of ec. Sadly, getting rid of stress is a bit tricky, if you have stress its hard to cure ec and its not probable that you have ec and you don't have stress!!! I think its time to get a bit spiritual and do some hardcore meditation to get rid of stress.

We need to find a natural path to stress reduction...
