Hi r4000, Thank you for the heads up on the baking soda use before taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I do rinse my mouth after brushing and Before taking the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I know the baking soda will deminish the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement somewhat but don't believe that the way I am doing it is going to make much difference. Baking soda is good to clean the teeth. I do sometimes follow the soda brushing with the MMS brushing. This has helped my periodontal pockets. Our mouths are full of pathogens and I believe that is the reason why people have a difficult time with taking MMS unless they brush before taking it. I never use commercial tooth cleaners so do what I can and it has worked for me. I think the die off begins in the mouth so even dry brushing of the teeth, tongue and gums may help. I will try brushing with just water for awhile and see what happens. MW Tweet
