I am on Dr. Jeff's Candida protocol and am definitely detoxing. Some weird stuff I've been noticing that I haven't had with other die-off episodes in the past. The bottoms of my feet get sore easily, as if you've been walking around in high heels all day (best way to describe it. Even if I'm off my feet I can feel it unless they are resting on something cushioned. Then last night while laying in bed, the bottoms of my feet were really hot, so much so that I tried to put at least the left one out from under the covers, as it was making me warm. This is a departure for me, as usually I have very cold feet, due to my hypothyroidism. Does anyone know if die-off can cause this? For the record, I only wear flat shoes, as high heels or anything above an inch hurts my feet. Thanks.
