I'm just going to take a stab here. Since I've never quite gotten the hang of chem trails forgive me, but ClO2 is a biocide, and so unless chem trails are pathagens of some sort it doesn't seem as though it would have an effect, but what do I know. I don't know the contents of a chem trail except I assume there are "chems" involved.
