I'm not sure you really understand how surgery would work.
IT requires a good plastic surgeon....they cut out the verlmillon section of the lip and reduce its size....
DO NOT GO SOMEONE WHO WOULD SUGGEST A GRAPH OR LASER...T

Doctors have no f***ing clue....when are you going understand that.

Truth is surgery will definitely work if done correctly.

Look up plastic surgeons and lip reductions. i have couple surgeons located at NYC that can do this and have done this. Just make sure they remvove the entire
vermillion section of the lip.
