I'm not the expert, but can advise you on a few points. First, you must have a microscopic examination of a sample to see if there are animal or plant cells making these things. If it is just protein assemblage then there are strange things going on.
I assume you have been down the Morgellions road?
Do a google search on agrobacterium to human cell transmission, and see what you think of that.

I have heard from an individual who was officially diagnosed with this. It is a new and modern day phenomenon due to gene modification technology. Shroom
