Nasal Irrigation = Jala Neti Stage 1

If you want to drink urine, just do it the normal way from the mouth.

To clean the Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT), perform jala neti stage 1 or nasal irrigation. Doing it with urine will expel a lot of mucus from the ENT area. Add some Lugols Iodine or mint essential oil (food/therapeutic grade) to disinfect the ENT area.

Recommended to learn the 1st stage Jala Neti (nasal irrigation, nostril to nostril) before proceeding to other forms.

Other forms of neti is on page 13. This deals with drinking the liquid from the nose and exiting through the mouth, and vice versa.

If you search for my older posts, you can find links and tips on buying a good neti pot from the net. The syringe simply does not have the volume/pressure of liquid to reach the inner parts of ENT. Nasal irrigation machines are well designed to accomplish the same benefits, with pulsing and mist action.

Another way to do it with syringe is to lie on the bed, allow the head to tilt downwards on the edge of bed and fill each nostril with urine. This seems to have a soaking action but does not act in the same way as jala neti.
