Hi TryingFam ,

I had the ear ringing , i still do when i had the mirena in it was really bad i also had bad dizziness ive now had the mirena out 6 months and i still get the ear ringing now and again not as bad though it is very annoying i also went and saw a ENT but they couldnt do anything for me well i hope it goes away for you good luck xx
