I am not going to argue that one should eat high quality foods. HOWEVER, the notion that every single health problem relates to the lack of high quality foods in a diet is absurd. It is insulting to the intelligence. The human body is very complex and to dumb it down to that just doesn't cut it. I actually know plenty of very healthy people that do not eat great diets and conversely I know many unhealthy people who watch what they eat. The notion that Plasticat's debilitating skin condition is due to him not using a refractometer to pick out the highest quality food s would be funny if it wasn't such a serious problem for Plasticat. For one his theories do not take into account the role that emotional state or well being plays in physical health or sickness. In a nutshell, he is a one-trick-pony. Sure, some people may regain their health by improving their diet, but in my experience it is the exception as opposed to the role. Diet alone will not heal most people, and I say that as someone who used to believe it could. Unfortunately for most people the solution is more complex then that, and if you look at the success stories on curezone you will see that they are all very varied - everyone chose their own path. Sure a good diet is important and may be a common thread, but it takes more then diet alone to fix a lot of problems.
