Micropigmentation: Tattooing for Medical Purposes

What are your feelings regarding Micropigmentation? I've read that people with scalp transplant scars get this done to cover up the bald line left from the scar. Its basically a tatoo but for cosmetic purposes.

Maybe the same technique could be done to help conceal our scalp scars?
