Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay poor me.

many japs are also deficient in certain enzymes relative to westerners, excepting the blue-eyed Ainu. japanese. one being aldehyde dehydrogenase which makes drinking alcolosic bevs challenging. I know lots of old folks who never ate an Iodine pill or Lugol's in their lives, so I don't think lack of Iodine necessarily causes stomach cancers. Regularly ingesting large amounts of Iodine - MIGHT.
some assert nitrates might cause stomach cancers but many vegetables are naturally high in nitrate, such as radish and spinach, which the body needs as it concentrates nitrate in the saliva, among other places, so "normal" amounts of ingested nitrate are probably not responsible. nitrosamines can be formed under alkaline conditions typically present in saliva, but if that were the mechanism, everyone would have stomach cancer. If acid pH was the cause of cancer, everybody's stomach would have cancer. how does the stomach lining keep itself from being digested ? look at that question and understand that its what is present in blood that prevents cancerous growths in the stomach. john beard gave a clue; I purport to know the answer, but if I said it, people would believe it no more than they would have believed my purchase of rhodium in Oct 04 was a good ideam, among other things. people often ask what they should do, I've answere in the past, and they typically ignore it, making me wonder why they bother wasting my time and for this reason I refrain from providing any advice to anyone other than to read or take an iodine loading test. cancer was cured and prevented on numerous occasions in the past and anyone of reasonably-pure heart can find the answers if they seek them. those wanting freebie info are pre-disposed to ignoring it, as is nature's law.
