I read that antibiotic use can set the body up for candida overgrowth. The cortisone I used was topical cortisone 1% cream. I thought it was only oral cortisone that could trigger candida.
I am having difficulty finding out what the cause of my uniformly low plasma amino acids, especially since I consume enough dietary protein in the form of meat, dairy, and eggs. Any thoughts as to how it might relate to candida?
