I have been taking up to five drops here and there over the winter. Nothing big.
Last summer I had the fatigue on just taking one drop, and it was so bad I spent July on the couch. ( I was taking other stuff too). August I quit it all and went raw food and felt great.
But I am ready to move beyond this point and get to a higher level of health. Today is day 4 of my 8 day build to 300mg. of Lugol's. Taking 500mcg of selenium.
I do have energy at different times during the day. Other times I'm a bump on a log.
I'm doing my journal as that seems to help me keep on track. Sometimes it's just all too much to deal with and I give up.
