A. For practical purposes, I don't think it matters significantly which form of magnesium is used, whether magnesium sulfate - magnesium oxide - magnesium chloride - magnesium glycinate - magnesium carbonate - magnesium taurate - magnesium gluconate.

Their are many high priced articles for these high priced magnesium compounds ! I saw mag chlorite for $28..00 for 16 oz I pay 1 to 2 dollars for mag sulphate for the same amount!

By the way if you are dealing with Depression and have positive effects with amino acids one should take the full spectrum with free form amino acids!
