Re: irregular period

I am fairly new to this forum. I'm reading posts daily and am also reading Book I. I'm taking dewormer and LBB daily for about 3 weeks now and have ordered Kidney/pancreas formula, oregano oil and liver cleanse formula from you. I'm looking for a water distiller.

I am 38 years old. My cycle has been 23 days long. After I stopped eating meat my next cycle lasted 21 days then finally my last cycle was 19 days long. I was taking two new supplements at the same time as this change. I discontinued them and am now discontinuing all supplements. Except I'm still taking Maca root powder- been on it for about 2 weeks.
WHY AREYOU TAKING IT????????????

I plan to start on the orange juice fast- actually would rather use lakewood pineapple juice instead.I remember reading that pineapple would be O.K. I believe. I get very very shaky when I don't eat or postpone eating. I noticed information on doing a crash free fast- I will reread this info.
PINEAPPLE IS MORE EXPENSIVE AND GREAT!

I'm wondering if I could actually do 21 days, guessing that I may not be strong enough. I'm living on a pretty tight budget and would not be able to miss work- I'm concerned about this.
