How much do you use everyday?

I am going with the 1:1:20 ratio.

I gather you ferment for 7 days?

Then how much do you use per day?

I was thinking of using two servings of 2 oz (I have a 2 oz shot glass at home).

I use that, omega 3 oil (Krill oil) and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.

That's it.

And about 10 days a month I have wheatgrass.
