Why is everyone saying the food grade is expensive?

I know SCD have come out with human consuption product but the basic one from what I've ready is just fine and MUCH less expensive.

I think they are simply jumping on the wagon on how to make extra money, can't blame them in this capitalistic world.

I'm getting a 1 litre bottle tomorrow, one of their vendors is actually in my city! Total cost for 1 litre will be 25$ USD, excellent price.

2 teaspoons a day for me and my wife that is 20ml, that's 50 days for 25$, no probiotic comes close to that.

Only thing is I would REALLY like to know how much probiotics per teaspoon serving.
