My experience


So its been a month of regularly inverting from my ottoman.

I have this ottoman and I put a thick cusion on top of it. Then I sit on it and my entire upper body hangs upside down. The feet are gripping the wall, which also prevent me from slipping. To get up, I rotate my body to one side and then hop off. Please dont try it, if you feel, you cannot get out of the position by yourself. Or have someone to pull you up.

I invert 10-12 minutes twice a day.
I turn my neck from side to side and also twist my body while inverted.
After getting out of inversion, I do yoga forward bends, side bends and hamstring stretches etc. ( all my favourite yoga poses). I do these for approximately 10 minutes.

So just 20 minutes of exercise twice a day, boosts me with energy....

Now for the benefits I have noticed.

- I need only 7 hours of sleep. When I always needed 9-10 hours of sleep.
- I am more alert and not drowsy or tired.
- My digestion is so much better. I am having good BMs without any supplements.
- No more back-aches..
- More shine on my face and reduction in dark circles under the eyes.
- Spring allergies are under control...

- So far, no luck with reversing gray hair.
- I am experiencing some hair fall when I comb my hair, not sure why.
