blood and flesh lumps in urine, any advice please?

Any help on why I am passing blood and flesh in my urine. I don't have any other medical problems. I am not really in any pain, just a slight burning sensation and constant need for the toilet, like cystitis. Or is this just something that can happen with cystitis?
