Hi, Qwer, in one of your past posts, you said that it only takes a couple days at 100F or so to dupliate the mother culture for probiotic purposes, and even longer for the antioxidant properties. I've only read this from you; How do you know this regarding the probiotics? I tried asking Vinny but he didn't really answer my question. On his site, he says you should ferment it for close to 15 days at around 100 degrees Fahrenheit to get all the "desirable EM properties".
