I've just discovered this forum - and am devouring it because EM sounds like a godsend for Candida sufferers.
Its been a long road finding out just what has caused my tummy troubles and sudden food sensitivities . So many in fact, that I'm at a loss on what I can eat, so I'm tired and hungry all the time, but when I do eat - I hurt, feel kind of spacy and then I'm exhausted.
(Sorry if I sound grouchy - I'm just disgusted with feeling sick all the time!)
Magnolia has talked about EM, Fulvic Acid, and fermented grasses. Where exactly does one start?
I'm currently (not permanently I hope!) sensitive to All grains - dairy - eggs - chicken - sugars - pears -lemon - certain nuts and some vinegars.
One of my big questions here is the grasses - if they're fermented - do they still have the same allergic potential as their adult grains?
I've been taking a lot of organic Coconut oil/ (canned)Coconut Milk , and it seems to help a bit - but I'm concerned about the effects of die-off.
One thing I haven't seen mentioned here so far that has been brought up on other forums is P & B shakes for ridding toxic die-off? Is anyone using anything to speed up their eliminations to evacuate these poisons?
