Absolutely, I reported on my Lyme and Bromine detox issue where the DMSA to get rid of Mercury could not clear the kidneys without Salt.

Now this was a dramatic induced detox (via Rife) but minor detox happens daily due to normal die off and Lyme Carditis is a huge factor these days.
