EM and scratches

Another (strange) thing that happened when I went through the strong gut clearing stage after a few days on EM is I developed two long thin scratch marks and a couple of smaller ones on my body. At the time I thought I'd just done it myself but they didnt look like normal scratches that you get when you scratch yourself and besides I would've remembered...they were very "controlled" scratches.

Now I've heard this is a symptom of lyme.....apparently during herxes these cat-like scratches suddenly come out of nowhere. I dont know if it's specific to lyme though and I've never been tested/diagnosed for this and I'm not overly concerned about it.

I've started drinking EM again, I'm going very slow, just 1 tspn a day, or every other day so we'll see if it happens again.
