For UKers/Europeans

I checked with spectrumwellbeing today (where I got my EM fermenting kit from) and it looks like the EM they sell is SCD world EM, so its definitely food grade and safe for humans. It seems there are only 1 or 2 kosher EM cultures in the world and this is one of them. It comes from one of their SCD's recommended suppliers in the Netherlands.....apparently we're not allowed to ship from SCD Germany directly, or they're not allowed to ship to us for legal reasons.

em-naturally-active.com is the website for these suppliers....if you go there, you'll find more info about EM and other listed dealers. For the UK...under the UK map/'Resellers' for other UK suppliers. That website has apparently been inactive for a while though, it needs upgrading. I posted a message there last week but they didnt get back to me.

http://www.livingsoil.co.uk sell SCD EM too and they also have Terua Higo's video on EM by and the two volumes of his books "An Earth Saving Revolution" which I'm sure would be great reading.
