Re: Systemic Enzymes

Hi Lapis...just curious, how many have you taken in a dose to get some effect? I've tried various brands, and usually can tell which is better for me...with any of them, I've taken 10, 15, even 25 at a time...always with good effect...but, I don't know if I need to take so much...maybe 10 will do.

I was reading a site...can't recall the name right now, but it was treatment for pancreatic cancer using something similar to gerson therapy...said patients take 100 and more caps enzymes per day! wowza....now that's out of my league. But I want to take a good dose of enzymes each day...will experiment some more....
