Re: what’s in a name? vitamin therapy bad, micronutrient therapy good

Good info, Chris.  As Linus Pauling's hand picked successor Matthias Rath noted in his book "Why Animals Don't Get Heart Attacks", most all other animals manufacture their own vitamin C.   Vitamin C is one of THE keys to good health (like our good friend Vitamin D3), and of course there are many other vital vitamins, minerals and other nutrients we get far too little of in our modern day diet.  It all comes down, as noted by Rath, to proper health and nutrition at the cellular level.  A lifestyle that nourishes, cleanses and protects us at the cellular level is a lifestyle that will lead to the best health, least disease and longest life.
