What should I use for finding my vocation?

Hello all,
I have been struggling to find y true vocation if I have one..right now I am in mainstream health care, and although I dont agree with much of what I practice in it, I do it in order to keep working, and paying the bills.
This has me very unhappy inside, but I see no way out
I love health care per se, and want to move towards something that will vibe better for me. I don't know what though.
I am looking fr help/insight in the following areas
1. finding my direction
2. finding financial freedom
3. being able to study and concentrate for long periods of time
4. becoming physically and mentally fit and clear
