any written info on ME?

hi - i've only just found out about Matrix Energetics and live in England so a seminar is out of the question. i will start listening to the interviews but meanwhile if anyone has a link to instructions i can follow i would be grateful. i went to Richard Bartlett's website but only gleaned a small amount of what i would need to do - mainly around the 'intent' part. also tried to find a book on amazon re. this but couldn't - is there one? thanks.
