Hiya #79767. I did not know that. How can tell the difference between real mucoid plaque and psyillum in the shape of it? Does the psyillium take the shape of the digestive tract? And does it hold the shape even when it comes out?

Picture is not that clear, but looked like MP to me. it defenitly had the typical shape of the bowels, although it's not clear in this pic.
