Dilation of blood vessels on other parts of the body

... As rosacea progresses, other symptoms can develop such as semi-permanent erythema, telangiectasia (dilation of superficial blood vessels on the face)...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosacea

I'm not sure about the mites on the face as the cause of rosacea because my own experiences mimics the definition above.

When I get exposed to the sun, even briefly, red spots appear all over my arms and face. Some spots are as large as peaches. The spots appear randomly and disappear after a few minutes when I'm in a shade.

The only spot remains on the nose. They're tiny and look like pimples, but never heal.
