just wanted to report that my fast seems to be going really well! i remember day 4 on my first fast was absolutely miserable and it continued to get worse and worse from there until i had to break on the 7th day, so this a completely different experience for me! yesterday was the worst day for me -- i had a poor night's sleep the night before and woke up with shakiness and some nausea, but today, wow, good sleep and i feel fantastic. my only "symptom" today would be just some slight physical weakness.
i'm wondering if this drastic difference is a result of my "active fasting"? (I am still doing hot yoga everyday... and today there were even points of near euphoria during my practice) or is it because fasting gets easier the more you do it? or is it most likely a combination of the two?
