I'm having a hard time with your references to uv exposure and urine therapy. My first outbreak was eight years ago. The inside of my bottom lip errupted with a few dozen tiny little puss sacks that hurt terribly and then eventually burst. I hadn't had any recent sexual contact and was confused as too how and why at that time but not surprised because of my sexual behaviors. I didn't have it checked out. Two months later, I had a vaginal breakout and had it looked at and received official diagnosis. Since then, I've had OBs around vagina and anus. They are not very painful and heal quickly. I have had OBs migrate to the top of my butt crack and the middle of my thigh. In the last year and a half my birth control has caused an incredible amount of problems for me and led to several breakouts. I went from once or twice a year to every six to eight weeks. The OBs on my leg are so painful. I don't usually have any meds on hand because my typical OBs come on quickly and go away just as quickly and aren't worth the time I'd spend chasing around a script. I'm wondering how your UV and urine therapies can help me on my leg. It is embarrassing to wear shorts or a swimsuit and takes weeks for the scabs to heal and it leaves a huge purple scar. My stress level is pretty low these days, but my hormones are not always even and I feel strongly they are the cause of my outbreaks. I'd like you to explain to me, do I expose the spot on my leg to sunlight now that there is no OB? The skin is purple/scared. Or do I do that at somepoint during OB? I have two little kids and am concerned about transmission and keep the spot covered with large super=adhesive waterproof bandaids during OB? Is this also where urine comes into play? Help, I'm lost.
Thanks for your help.
