Re: Cipro (fluoroquinolones) damage, Magnesium Chloride

Yes, I was taking that probably for a year. When I started going to my CRA (who was referred to me by friends she's helped) a few months ago I tested for 2 pills a day. Then tested for 1 pill a day the time before this. This time I didn't test well for it. She said I may need it later. Now my body is saying no. The ALA pill that I need now is ingredients, in this order turneric, rosehips, milk this seed, Tocdtrienols from rice and palm, Lycopene, alnd alpha lipoic acid. It's called Super Antioxidant. Maybe the combination makes it work better. I just hope I can find a cheaper brand with basically the same ingredients cause this one is too expensive. I've done that with 3 of four of the products and it really saves me money. I just bring the ones I found to my CRA and she tests it to see if it's a good replacement.
I know what you mean though about ALA. I tried it a couple of years ago and it made me sick and it was a very small dosage. But in this combination I feel good.
By the was I also tested quite well for magnesium chloride drops. I was reading the magnesium chloride and magnesium taurate are the best to assimilate.
