I started with one drop twice a day and increased until Diarrhea at about 5 drops. Then backed off with a lower dose.

I now would do the same but decrease the dose at the first signs of discomfort. Then go to a lower dose and hang out there for a while.


Of course the slime scum I flushed out may have been biofilm build up. The Diarrhea may have been a good thing.
